article is on bush vetoing congress's bill, but my question is on the program itself, not the vetoing.
so the current program is "State Children's Health Insurance Program", and as such, i would think that this program provides health insurance to children in the United States. But the funny thing is
the joint federal-state program currently provides benefits to roughly 6 million people, mostly children.
why is this program for children providing health coverage to non-children....isn't this violating the bill? just wondering if anyone knows anything about this bill....and tryin to keep this board alive!
