Next year, we should set some time before the winner announcements so everyone can talk about their dish.

As a note for next year: The people's choice award will be passed down from year to year

* actually set a time for the event... so the early birds (ray c., james, michelle and dave, and me wait for like helluva hours for this event to start)

* don't have people around the judge while they are tasting/ judging
