replaced poll to make poll public

It's the time of the year where we celebrate the two special guys. If you don't know who those special guys is, they are James and Sherm. I wanted to see who avalible around this date. We'll figure out where we will be have dinner and activities later.

Hey on Friday I have a work event until pretty late, so I was hoping you could do saturday. I can def. make it saturday but Friday will be pretty tough for me.

Strange,

Andy told me he could get Saturday, and that he would reschedule for another date...OTHER than Friday...:rolls_eye

I have a work event Friday, and I don't think it'll be done by 7pm.

EDIT: I'm just gonna keep my comments to myself this time...

I spoke with Andy, apparently the cause of all this was a glitch in the matrix. Anywho, there seems to be quite a bit of miscommunication with this event. James, I'm not blaming you in any respect... but for everyone else too... if you don't want to or can't make a date... just say "NO" like mommy said... it removes all hope or chances and makes it easier for others to use that information to proceed. Again, I am NOT stating that was the cause if this issue... it was the MATRIX!

before a poll is ever placed, the key attendees need to be confirmed by the organizer they can make those dates... there is no point to have a poll such as this one to later find out James could have never made it regardless. The poll in this thread was useless.:thumbs_do :sad:

Just to be CLEAR: I made it pretty straightforward in the poll and the posts that Saturday is all I can make.

I told Andy I ABSOLUTELY could not make it FRIDAY. I think he is STILL learning Engrish and listening skills these days so I can't blame him. :trophy:

It looks like Debster made reservations for Fri. regardless of who could make what (no blame, just reading like I see it).

Have fun guys! Maybe next time.

I meant statements like this can leave hope for some people... because thats not a hard and absolute NO. Again, I'm not blaming YOU. I'm using this specific case as a example because many others like to do this and don't that it can be misinterpreted. Or they chose to read how it would best for them.

Although the poll would indicate that you can't make Friday... so going back to the Poll... it should have NEVER even have been posted without first confirming with BOTH you and Sherm that you BOTH can indeed make BOTH those dates.

But its okay... I believe we are now in the 18 revision of the Matrix and this issue has been corrected for this revision.... correct Andy?
