To continue our "intellectual" discussion on the real estate market in the Bay Area, particularly in SF, although there is going to be a lot of construction of housing...companies are still flocking over to SF....for the "talent" (like what you said Ray C. about Google, "busing" people to their headquarters)....

I have a feeling...although housing cost is high in the city, people will always want to live in SF/Bay Area....there will be plenty of "rich" people to buy up the high rise condos....for now anyways...

yea, there's a lot more that will be developed in SOMA. i think the rincon building is just 1 of many. if people are willing to pay for it, they will continue to build it.

but what to worry about its the point in which people are unable to find a job (overly saturated with "talented" people)

that depends on everything thats going on around here... don't think thats gonna happen soon as more companies are actually moving back INTO SF right? Right now the buses are busing people OUT of SF to work. These people don't work here in SF... they just want to live here... with that... SF housing prices will probably never have a down side.
