The lower level includes a large Rec Room, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. Easy access to Tahoe Donner amenities like golf, swimming, canoes and horseback riding, Donner Lake, Downtown Truckee, and close to Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, and other popular ski resorts.

- 10% Occupancy Tax
- $120 Cleaning Fee

i'm NOT bagging on the idea...just want people to be aware.

Reservations: 50% of Total Rental Fee + $350 refundable Security Deposit must be received to confirm the reservation. Full balance (the other 50% of Total Rental Fee + $120 Cleaning Fee + Applicable Taxes) is due 21 days prior to your rental start date. We will strive to return the Security Deposit within 21 days after your rental end date.

if u guys are looking for this, i might have some places that may be cheaper or not, i get offers through email from the place that sty went to a couple summers back. They offer discounts on some places.

after reading the most recent newletter, they just have a link to all their properties for rent. After finding one, then i can call to see the prices for bargain.
