to activate and create personal pacbell pages...

ok first thing first...i guess this is a lot different but may be easier to all of you....they don't have ftp addy to upload things with..so now it's like geocities where u can upload things through the webpage instead of cuteftp things...and also they have webpage creators so you don't need dreamweaver i think....as i did not look at this all the way....and here's the terms of service for all of you who do not read things:
