A fast growing South Fremont based lumber business is looking for a unique professional that is customer focused that has a proven background in 3 hole punching. Please note 95% of the staff smokes. Duties Include:
Telephone
Data Entry
Filing
Occasional errands
We have an immediate full-time position open for a busy, South Fremont, home office. Must have excellent attendance. Daily consistency and punctuality is critical to the job. You will provide 3 hole punching support for 1-3 other people at 4 different Bay Area location, the primary location will be at South Fremont (80% of the time). Must be self-motivated, but be able to take vague instructions from time to time. Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented. Must be able to switch gears, down shift, and skips gears in mid-stream on a consistent basis while still completing all tasks.
This position requires excellent organizational and documentation skills. Requires no English skills, neither written or spoken. Must have 3 years prior experience operating a heavy duty 3 hole punch (punching 20-25 pages at one time). Previous experience in single or two hole punching is a plus. Opportunities for advancement based on performance and interests. $17-$29/hour to start. Full benefits, medical, dental, and vision.
