to ensure freshness, i have not opened the package since it was last consumed which was at least 3-4 months ago :thumb_up: ....aside from that the package is a little dented, the contents are from the original manufacturer.

Package says "sell by 10/09/04", and is NOT expiration date. I no longer have the reciept, but i can easily verify that it was purchased by that date, so it stands up to quality.

Also pictured is the original UPC, unaltered!

I recently purchased a bag of cookies and have no use for this anymore.

DOHC-LS-Ray: i have had these goldfishes for quite awhile and they have some value. that is why shipping is $80 because most of it is insurance for its intrinsic value. also, i have not received any of those 8 emails so please get your facts straight before you make these assumptions

fume711: thank you for your interest. i will try to get another picture soon but the product has not been touched since, so the it should look like the pictures previously posted. i'm not really in the process of selling the stapler, although if the price is right, i'll definitely consider.
